Abstract:
Massive agricultural land conversions also caused by the unavailability of
information about agriculture land values including threats to the land with
detailed resolution and scale. Land valuation needed to assess of land based on experience and judgment,
by identifying and quantifying from
Vulnerability Analysis Approach of the objects. By identifying and quantifying vulnerability
as spatial determinants, agriculture land value could provide as decision
support information. The application of geographic information systems in
conducting spatial analysis and the use of high-resolution (Sentinel 2) images
was carried out in this research. This provides the option to conduct a more
comprehensive, fast and accurate analysis. The application of spectral analysis
and the time weighting data approach, provides excellent results for
identifying agricultural and non-agricultural land. Spatial Multi-Criteria
Analysis (SMCA) of Agriculture Land Valuation based on vulnerability can
provide useful information for decision making regarding conservation of
agricultural land.
